In Seattle downtown, it is common to run into two or three coffee shops, which makes it very difficult to choose.

Howard Schultz, CEO of Starbucks, started working for Starbucks in 1982. He went to Italy in 1983 and saw how the sense of community and the romance were around the the espresso. He brought the idea to Starbucks, but it was rejected.
